Founded by Chef Thomas Bernard, Cava is the culmination of a culinary journey shaped by some of the world’s most iconic kitchens — including time spent under legends like Mauro Colagreco, Heston Blumenthal, and Daniel Boulud.
Born in Costa Rica and trained in Europe, Thomas brings a global perspective and deep respect for tradition. At Cava, he creates a dining experience where storytelling, technique, and emotion come together on the plate.
